Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test a variety of systems and equipment according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Follow detailed installation procedures, ensuring all components are correctly assembled and securely mounted.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, diagnosing problems accurately and implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate installation schedules and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct quality checks post-installation to confirm system functionality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of installation activities, including site reports, equipment logs, and safety documentation.

Experience

• Proven experience in installing water treatment systems and/or mechanical systems, with a strong understanding of plumbing.
• Familiarity with using water test instruments and Back flow testers for troubleshooting water treatment systems is highly preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and installation manuals accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving on-site challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
• Prior experience in construction or technical trades is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Full time:  40hrs per week, local, no overnight traveling, Field Services within a 50-mile radius of Kalamazoo, MI
 
Required Qualifications:

• Customer Service
• Mechanical Assembly
• Plumbing (Preferred, but not required)
• Language:  English
• Commute to Kalamazoo, MI if not located in Kalamazoo, MI
